#1 - Salvage the +30hp off the hammer and sell for 3-4k.
#2 - Salvage the +20%Demon off the staff and sell for ~5k(not exactly sure how much they cost). #3 - Give the sword to a hero or merch. #4 - Not max so also merch. Welcome to the forum
